​Beth Shipman is the founder and managing member of Shipman Builders. She is responsible for the estimating process, contracting, permitting, and financials. She also works in the field supervising the trade progress of each general contract to ensure outstanding quality, code compliance, safety, and cost containment.

Beth is also constantly working to improve and add to her knowledge of the construction industry. She enrolls in continuing education courses, certification programs for local and national building codes, and the newest trends in building methods and materials. All of this to constantly improve the commitment of professional services for all their clients.
